If you are at least 18 years of age and live near Erie Pennsylvania or anywhere near northwestern Pennsylvania and you are interested in being part of the Strange Happenings Ghost And Hauntings Research Society Team, please send an email to ghosthunters@strangehappenings.org or contact us by any of the other methods listed on our Contact Page and let us know why you feel this is something you would like to do.

Experience or knowledge in photography, videography, electricity, meteorology, parapsychology, meta/quantum physics or other sciences would be very helpful to our studies, but not necessary. However, motivation, a mature attitude and a sincere interest in studying ghosts, hauntings, the paranormal and the unexplained is a MUST!

Members must also be willing to share in the actual research of the locations, where we conduct our investigations. This may include interviewing the property owners and neighbors that reside close by the haunted area, researching the property and/or structures history or a host of other important research, which all contribute to the profiling of possible spirits.

For the time being we will be conducting about one or two ghost hunts a month throughout northwestern Pennsylvania and the surrounding area in various cemeteries, private residences and known haunted locations. We will also have one meeting a month to review data from our investigations, photographs, video and EVP recordings and discuss future investigations, etc.
