A discussion of elementals.
I think when we decide that there has to be something to this paranormal stuff and choose to believe, we also naturally set boundaries to how far we’re willing to ride that crazy train and how far it goes before we arrive in nutsville.
Apparently everything I believed about elementals is just completely wrong.
To me, I guess I formulated my own theory from the term itself, elemental…from the elements.
I sat out on my picnic table last night enjoying the summer night and taking in all the sound and smells that are unique to this time of year, and thinking about how much natural energy must be present around me.
Now I’m not Wiccan and don’t wish to be, but I certainly admire their respect for nature and the forces contained in it.
Since there is this great energy, wouldn’t it be plausible that there are ‘entities’ for lack of a better term that are born out of it?
Things paranormal simply created from or at least exist within natural forces.
That was my take on the subject.
Then I read several articles about elementals.
Usually they began by explaining theories of astral rifts and inter-dimensional travel…
Ok, maybe I can sorta buy that, but at this point I’m at least going to go get the tin foil out of the cupboard incase I do need to make a helmet.
So I read a little more…
The articles went on to categorize elementals or ‘faeries’ into hierarchies and groups.
This is when the leprechauns came out, chinstrap secure, and crazy train whistle blowing.
C’mon this is what elementals are? Gnomes, tinkerbell, and unicorns that poop wishes!
Really? Is this the only theory out there?
And what about my theory? Is that called something else? |

LMFAO! That is F-ing hilarious! You would be amazed at how many people I encounter, who believe in Tinkerbell, purple dragons and pink unicorns. It never ceases to amaze me!
Elemental Spirits are believed to be the earths natural spirits. They are said to be shape shifters that can take the form of many things, ranging from fire and water to smoke and trees. They are also said to be VERY powerful spirits and nothing to mess with, but they can be helpful as well.
I have often wondered about the following photo I captured during one of our investigations:
"Misery And The Beast"
It appears to be two little white figures in the bottom right of the picture, hiding behind the tombstone. The old guy peeking up at me on the bottom has his mouth hanging wide open as if he is frightened. You can even see his eye balls and eye brows if you look close enough. The guy behind him, with his back to the tombstone looks like Satan himself. He has a goat T with a pointy beard and he seems to have a sinister grin on his face. He kinda reminds me of Rob Zombie a little.... lol
I really have no idea what could have caused these "cartoonish" looking images. I've tried to duplicate it many times on return visits to this location, to no avail. I hate to say it, but they just kinda remind me of what I would imagine gnomes to look like. Judging by their small size, in comparison to the tombstone, i'd say these things would probably only be about 1 1/2 - 2 feet tall if they were standing up.
This is only one of maybe 3 or 4 photos we've captured out of thousands that make me go, hmmmmm....
