I know you've mentioned the World ITC site elsewhere, Frank, but I thought this particular subject was worthie of a discussion of its own. I've spent quite a bit of time scavenging around the World ITC site and to be honest, I find the whole Spiricom story and those audio clips (and quite a few other tales on that site for that matter) EXTREMELY difficult to swallow. It's just one of those things. I think they would literally have to get my own deceased grandmother or someone else I personally knew speaking on that device for me to truely believe it.

There are A LOT of other questionable things on that site that i'd like to discuss, but we'll tackle this one first. For those of you who are not familiar with the Spiricom Device or the audio clips i'm talking about, here is a link:

Well, I don't know how I missed this post but I did. Yes, when I first read about the Spiritcom or whatever I thought they were full of shit.

I asked myself, technically is it possible to receive broadcasts from another plane of existence. Of course, assuming that there is another plane of existence. Realistically, at the time the only dead people I had run into are on the physical earth plane. Anyway, back to the possibilities...no! Thats right, I said it. As they explained on the WorldITC website, it is not possible to make contact with another dimension because of the difference in frequency and energy. It would have to be a complete whim or a one time anomaly that the harmonics resonance of the signals would match to form a coherant communication stream.

Of course, that was the scientific side of me talking. Then I made video contact with a simple video feedback loop. No antenna, no tuner, just a straight video loop connected from my video camera, VCR and a standalone RCA TV set. No signal receiving device was used except for the cameras video feed. My first 5 minute session yielded several images with only one that was immediately recognizable.

Okay, how was this possible? How am I getting images on my camera with no signal? WorldITC says that no communication is possible without the higher entities on the other side conditioning (translating) the signals. Although Mark Macy and Adolf Holmes didn't understand the explanation given to them by the entities known as the technician and Swejen Salter I did.

Do I beleive it is technically possible now? Yes, I do but I can't explain why it is possible. YET! I am the type of person that will figure it out, even if I have to die to do it. J/K on that one, but you get my meaning. I will find the explanation and post it here. Very Happy

But, do you seriously believe this whole Spiricom story and that those recordings are authentic? I would almost bet my life that this whole thing was a hoax that was either played by or ON Bill O'Neil. I just find the whole story outrageous and unbelievable.

Who knows though I guess, maybe i'll be sharing some crazy story like this down the road, once I get going on the ITC.... Shocked

The people I know and trust, who knew Bill and George personally I would have to say yes. I believe it whole heartedly. Mark, Rolf and Ernst are people who have seen this stuff personally and I have seen them offer their works, writings and recordings up for free to people they trust. Namely myself! I can tell you they have nothing to hide and have no angle. They shy away from attention and offer help at a moments notice.

Do I trust that their intentions are genuine and that they do not present false evidence, without a doubt.

Let me clarify!!!! I trust the men...not necassarily the content. I take that on a "idea by idea" basis. I'm not a moron who believes everything I hear or read.

Glad to know we didn't lose you out there Frank Razz

You know a while ago I followed a link to Noetics.com and read about ITC - you'd recommended I read up on it, since I alreadly took the EVP plunge.

Although the claims are big, I can't discount them. I can only say it sounds very very interesting. Recently have gotten more curious about ITC. Funny you said you've contacted those guys, Was thinking of contacting them myself.

Let's face it, all of us psiheads look like screwballs, not just the ITC folks. They have something that sounds far-fetched but big deal. We have our entities and ghosts and our collections of strange sounds and cam footage and stories. And just because something "can't happen" doesn't mean it doesn't.

Mysteries don't require our approval to exist.

And as long as someone doesn't tell me to take their assumption and treat it like truth, I can just keep rolling forward in the world w/out comin straight outa my g*dd*a*n hair and launching myself toward that hapless target with rabbid distain Wink

Nicely put! The people involved with the WorldITC site were or are heavily christian so a lot of their information has a christian slant or feel to it. Our history as humans is much older than the 2k years of christianity and islam or the many thousand years of judaism. It even preceeds the oldest organized religions of the pagans of ancient times. So for me to say any one of these religions is correct, to me seems a little naive.

In other words I replace the religious words with more mundane everyday words. This makes it much more meaningful and logical to me. It is interesting to note that my many years of research before finding ITC fits so well within it. Curious?!

The time off was cool and the kids cleaned up as usual, so they are happy. My oldest is in the country with his cousin and my mom n dad. I ate a lot...too much.
