Think I am losing my mind

I need some advice, I know evreyone reading this is going to say "yae right" But I am telling the truth. I see spirits all the time, I can even tell whats going to happen before it does (especially with my sick mother). None of this scared me, BUT, last night I had the crap scared out of me. I was sitting on my couch and had the front door open, I felt this sudden urge to go shut the door, I felt like something was outside. As sson as I shut the door, something slammed into the door very hard. I felt that what ever it was, was in fact evil, I have never been scared like that before. I want all this to stop, but do not know how to stop it. I am starting to fear for my safety and my family's as well. HELP.

Hi! I am new to ghost hunting, but from what I do know you have some options. You can investigate yourself, or have a good paranormal investigator group help you. You can have your house blessed,I think there is a herb you can burn to ward off spirits. You have already made a good start by reaching out for help.I would research these options, so you know all risk involved first. I hope I helped you!
