Is it possible that the same that sell us our gas also makes GPS units? He is my thinking. We were heading somewhere and Garmin was doing a good job telling us how to get there. Then we are less than a block of away Garmin says our estimated time of arrival isn't for two minutes and tells us to turn right. Well we're no dummy and keep straight and Garmin says recalculating and then says arriving at destination. Also there was one time while we were on our way from Oregon. Naturaly you take the Portland exit but Garmin didn't know this some how because it said for us to go in a direction that would take us ten miles out of our way and our ETA changed when didn't go that way to three minutes less. It would appear that Garmin is made by the gas company and Garmin intentionaly takes you longer distances so you have to buy more gas. And before you ask, no they were old roads and Garmin should have known they existed. I assume that Garmin isn't the only one involved this conspiracy, but I'm not sure.
