I hope this is in the right Thread...
Question is directed mainly to Em , seeing that she's an Aussie too, but just maybe our USA forum people have seen this show ...

Is based in New Zealand, the show has 3 psychics , (one called Deb Webber who comes from my town) attempt to solve murder crimes by communicating with the deceased.
The entertainment factor is excellent but the thing that lets the show down is the fact that there is no follow up once they have all the facts..at the end it always says in print..."investigations on going "...like I said ...great show ..butttttttt  I guess thats TV for ya.
I did a search on " Deb Webber" and unfortunately everything I found was not good.
I also checked out the forum on the above link and others are saying the same thing about the program...no follow ups !
Any thoughts on this show Em?

Hi Jemm,
Well now this is a big of a toughie for me only because I guess that Physics are about as useful as tit’s on a bull!! when it comes to crime investigating!! (Sorry to put it so blunt) I am not sure if you know… I have seen the show once and that’s when it was first time shown on channel 10 and there was a big write up about it coz it had so many people worried about how this could affect Criminal Investigating in Australia…I guess the Police force don’t want to look like they can’t do there jobs either!! But anyway they decided to run with the show anyway….when I watched there was 2 physics and they where working on the same case, one I do believe was Deb Webster and the other is a well know Physic that actually writes part time for Women’s Day….anyway yes I was extremely intrigued at what the Guy Physic (sorry his name was like concord straight out of my head when I think of it I will let you know) was picking up….(now Aedryan I know you hate the whole Physic shit but this guy was a little creepy) but anyway they actually did the investigation of a Murder that took place in Frankston , I have actually read the Investigation report done by the Frankston police (avail in some crime library articles) and I must say that if this so call “physic” didn’t read it before then fuck me dead I will take everything I have said about Physics being Loonies!!! However I have sort of been doing a little back ground work for myself to find out more when it come to this “Physic investigating” and I must say that for the amount of “physics and mediums” that have on there or on other shows similar to this only ever once I have considered believing what was being said. I mean I think it’s great for entertainment but not so good if you take this stuff seriously and are looking for answers.

 Gawd girl you make me laugh...
The guys name you were looking for is Cruickshank..thats the one thats on at the moment..one lady is a Pommie..and the other is Deb Webber..
If anything its entertainment but I completely agree, so many people get sucked in with this crap and I am like you, yet to see someone who is the "Real Deal"
I remember going to this flakey card reader when I was in my younger silly days...
she told me that I was a drug addict and was involved in illeagle activities.....  shit mate I didnt even smoke cigarettes let alone use drugs  ..I stood up and walked out ...she demanded her 25 bucks I told her to shove her cards up her arse... ..the worse part was...I had my mother with me..and of course I copped a drilling all the way home sheesh..  ..so yep thats why I'm very skeptical of these so called psychics..

I will say though Jemm that I do believe that there are some with a gift and weather it be to make people smile or feel better about themselves it's still a powerful gift that some don't have.....something else to think about ya know.....i know it's not all hocus pocus but i think that if you can make someone happy in there lives even for just a minute it's more then being able to speak to the dead it being able to speak to the living and that these days is a treasured gift....
(did i sound all spirtual and shit then......hahahahaha DIAL 1 aye Aedryan....)
I do mean what i said though......lol

 well said em..I think what bothers me with psychics are those who profit from others grief.I know those who are genuine do not charge a fee and do it purely to help those who a seeking some sort of help, I dunno em , I think I just had a few run ins with some shonky card readers who where quick to take my $$$...more fool me I suppose,little older and a lot wiser now..but there was one dear lady who put the heeby geebys up me...but thats a whole other story.
I'd really like to know what the outcome of all the sensing murder investigations were..anyway I like the show...the male psychic (kelvin Curuickshank) is nice eye candy

Yeah...the site seems to have it's moments ya know...Aedryan doesn't have alot of time on his hands these days and so myself and some others hang around and help out with what we can.....
But we have a hoot in the mean time...we still get together for chat nights and stuff when we can so maybe you can join us there and meet some others!!
Well better run couldn't go to work today it rain soo bad here that it flooded all the roads to "gong" and so i was stuck at home....booo!! so now i stuck cleaning the house so i don't feel bad about not going to work....lol!!
