Old post:
The first time I saw the truck, was in the middle of the day. I was riding my bike on a side road up to my house. I looked back and saw a white truck, an older Ford model, no more than thirty feet away. I moved over to the side so it could pass, but it didn't. I looked back and there was nothing. It couldn't have turned because there was no roads, driveway, or any other place it could have turned on to.
The second time was a year or so later. It was about 9:30 at night. I was walking home from school and was around the same area. I saw a light flash behind me and thought it was lightning because it was storming. I stopped and turned around and saw what looked like the same truck. I continued to walk. It followed me a little ways up the road, further than before this time, then disappeared.
I haven't read of an occurrences like this. I have no idea why a ghost would attach it self to a truck. I don't think that there has been a fatal accident on this road.
Update:
I've been back out there a few times since then with little or no results. Nothing showed up on the pictures I took butI've heard a truck only once in the few times I've gone back, there were no trucks on the road. Is it possible to hear an EVP without equipment? |

Yes it is possible to hear EVP without equipment but then again its not EVP then. Audible speech is not uncommon in a haunting (ghost stories in history are full of examples). Hell, the Bell Witch story dealt mostly with this phenomena.
Why, what happened?

I figured calling it an EVP was better than saying I was hearing things 
I was walking home around 9:45. I was head lights come up behind me and heared the engine of a truck. The sound got louder until it sounded like it passed me on my right but the light didn't change. I turned around to look, nothing was there. I took a few pics but nothing showed up. It's getting annoying because I can't seem to get any evidence but I'm going to invest in a better digital tape recorder and try recording the noice. |
