Nope, never seeing ghosts is unfulfilling enough for me.... lol I can't even imagine spending years out tromping around through the woods, only to get a hair sample (or some such) once in a great while and having to try and convince people that it belongs to bigfoot.
UFO's.... Most likely secret government aircrafts. Who knows....

To Aedryan sometimes seeing is believing .I see from what you said that you haven't seen a ghost yet . But you more or less believe in them. Can't see spending time in the woods to check out big foot. And you think that ufos belong to our government.May I suggest doing a little research more on all the above . It might just supprise you what you'll find on them.[ Oh by the way ufos are mention in almost all the different bibles out there.] before there were secret government aircrafts.
Im not trying to be a smart a-- with you Im just suggest you do some research. Please don't take this the wrong way. |

Skydiver,
Bryon, who is an occasional poster here likes to chase UFO's and is very connected in the UFOlogy scene. He is the one who just announced a speaking engagement in Las Vegas OCt 28th. His screen-name is Bryon if you want to IM him for more information.
This forum is for the discussion of ghost legend, research and facts, which takes up most of our spare time. Unlike Aedryan I have seen ghosts, which has fueled a lifelong pursuit of trying to explain their association and obsession with the physical.
Incidentally the only thing I have seen that can be classified as a UFO, I saw while on a ghost investigation. I was on a break from a pretty intense house and looked up to see a vivid blue light really high in the sky with no sound. Naturally my first thought was it was a satallite, which I have seen before. This thing was clipping along in a straight line for about 30 seconds or so and all of the sudden it made a 45 degree turn. I was like, "thats not a satallite"! Dean and his wife Kim saw the same thing I did and pretty much said the same thing, followed by a long woooow!
Then we went back to the investigation! And no I don't think the haunting and ufo were connected. _________________ Frank Ratka

Jaded much! LOL You need to get back out there Aedryan, by yourself if you have to! If you need a vacation, come down to Texas and I will make sure to scare the living shit out of you. We have a pretty good selection of reliable haunts down here, especially now that winter is coming.
It looks like your enthusiasm and excitement is turning to cynicism. _________________ Frank Ratka

Ehhh.... I've had a couple little personal experiences and i've seen a couple of things, but there will always be that doubt until i've seen a full blown apparition I guess....
It's just photos (and flakey people in the paranormal community) mainly, that i'm totally fed up with. It's not even worth taking pictures during investigations anymore.

I know what you mean...I have just severed ties with my investigation group because of personal reasons. I don't take pictures anymore except to document other researchers goofy antics for memories or catch the occasional hottie that is interested in the paranormal.
No, I usually run a couple static IR video cameras and record EVP now. I have had the best results from video, ITC and EVP. ITC, I do from home so it doesn't require me soliciting a haunted location to gather evidence. If you don't mind the occasional bump, bang or disembodied voice I would recommend ITC at home. _________________ Frank Ratka
