Came across this today.....Seems that they are putting up homes and condo's and asking astronomical prices where old asylums use to be...
My question is: Do you think it's a good idea for them to put up new homes on a site that was said to have a lot of activity and was a hub for paranormal investigators....I'm going to include a link to the site...LOL I got a chuckle out of this one. They actually brought in a psychic to check the places out...

From an investigators point of view, no it's not a good idea. They did that in 3 places here in the Houston area. The most notorious being Jefferson Davis hospital (built on top of a cemetery, that I have mentioned before). They actually converted the old hospital into artist loft apartments.
The other 2 sites were prisons that were torn down and neighborhoods were built on top of them. The Blue Ridge state prison is being built on now. A highschool was built where the dormatories were.

At Jeff Davis, I heard they brought in a "cleaner" to clear out all the spirits. I just quietly thought, "this is gonna be cool". There isn't one person in Houston that hasn't heard of Jeff Davis's reputation, so the blame is on them.
