My Cook Book is being Formed

I have been working for a great deal of time on a New Cook Book and Native American Medicinal Lore Guide.
It now has 520 Pages of Pre - Recipe Information, a Foreword by the Author and 15 Chapters with 16 Sub - Chapters.
By the time it is completed, dependent on the Final Manuscript, it could have as many as 1,000+ Pages of Recipes.
Many of these Recipes were either invented in my own Home Kitchen and tested my my family and I for quality or are over 100+ years old and have been tested by Time.
It is coming along beautifully, with the following Categories:

The overall intent is to sell these to raise funds for my Historical Organization.
