I just went to the Moundsville Pen today. While I was in the newest visitation area I took this photo. There seems to be a strange reflection on the floor, as well as an unusual face in the window. The reflection on the floor is similar to THIS photo I found on the site.
This is my image. I have no idea what the large circle in the upper left corner is. Any help is appreciated. |

clean ass john. most are not that reflective. where is this? Why did you photo? More please? |

Hi Matt,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for sharing! Moundsville Pen is definitely a cool place. We spent the night in there a couple of years ago and I captured a shitload of EVP's.
It's hard to say about your pic. Chances are it was a combination of lights, shadows and pixelations. It's very easy to matrix images on reflective surfaces.
