I did this "investigation" 9 months ago(sometime in August) around 6:00 pm. I only had one hour and it had to be done during the day because of the mass amount of drunken parties held in this area at night. It's not really a safe place to be in for extended periods of time but I couldn't resist the urge to take pictures in such an old area. I also had only one roll of film to work with at the time. Anyway, I only got one photo(and I was lucky to even get that) but it has a couple of things on it so I'd like to know what you guys think.
The image is huge. Sorry but I didn't want to drain it of quality.
The unedited photo is here:

A copy with the things pointed out is here:

In the image, what's toward the bottom should be obvious. In the one to the right, there is a silhouette that's not as easy to see. |

Thanks for sharing, but nothing in this photograph strikes me as paranormal. Light and shadows do strange things in daytime photos. Baaaad time for ghost hunting.
It looks like the girl in the photo surely would have sneaked right up on any ghosties hanging out in the area though! LOL It looks like she must have been saying, "Be vewy vewy quiet, i'm going ghost huntin!".

| lol. The fact that it was daytime was why I only used one roll. Anything more would have been wasted. I didn't think it was anything much but I like to get an outside opinion anyway. She actually tripped and fell on her face after I took the photo. She wasn't hurt, though. She was actually laughing at herself. |

Although I do see a face on the building it could be attributed to morphing. The one in the grass is real iffy! LOL Are you able to go there at night without trespassing? Any known history for that location? What was the reason for investigating that spot? _________________ Frank Ratka

| I took a look at your photo and downloaded it for a color inversion. There is something in the grass behind the woman's feet and you did put a red square around it. The question is, is it paranormal or not? I would go back to the area with the photo and see if there was trash or a spider web there. I am guessing a spider web was there and you didn't notice until you got home and looked at the pictures. If there is no spider web, then there is a good chance it was a paranormal phenomena, since they show up more clearly with a color inversion, while matrixing illusions disappear. The rest of the picture is just tricks of light. There is even a nice face in the stone above the girl's head caused by the fall of shadows on the wall. |

I looked at your photo again and I could swear there are two vases with flowers along that trail where you think your phenomena is. I looked closely at how the plant life matrixed and there are two objects in the grass that don't reflect the matrixing of the growth around them. Also, the flowers in the one vase all narrow down into the top and the other, your "ghost" seem to be cala lilies left in a vase. I am guessing they are silk flowers and that there is an old grave there that someone remembers. It's not paranormal, ghosts don't have stems.
There's a lot of paintbrush in the area that I recognize as well. It grows up here on this island too, and wild wheat grass.
I think if you go back to the area you will find your cala lily ghost and the accompanying other vase with flowers. |
