I have one comment/suggestion/question.
I usually listen to music when surfing the web. I stumbled onto this site through link sirfing. When I landed here i heard your intro audio, which mixed with my music and it freaked me out. I didnt know what it was, spooked me good.
Now for my question/comment/statement. I think you should change the intro audio to only play once or twice. Its cool the first couple times you hear it, then it gets annoying, I looked for a way to turn it off or mute that sound but didnt see one. Did I miss it, or is there not a way to turn it off?
Other than that from what I have seen of the site so far, is awesome. Nice job guys.  |

LOL! People either love the website's background music or they hate it, Cat. Some people practically email me with death threats, wanting me to get rid of it and others email me, begging me to send them a copy of it. It's just not possible to please everyone. Personally, I like it and I don't think our site would have the same character without it. The easiest solution is to mute your speakers or turn your volume down if it bothers ya. If you are on one of our EVP pages, where you need sound, turn your volume back up. The background music doesn't play on those pages.
Also, we could sure use some regular posters here at the new forums and there's no background music here if ya wanna stick around... LOL!

LOL, I will stick around. I love the site it is awesome. I have been doing some research for the past couple of days, thats how I landed here. Cool site so far like, I said before. I will try to be a regular poster here.
About muting my speakers, it mutes my music too, for me its hard to surf the web without my own theme music to go by.. 8) .. But I can manage around it, the background sound is cool. I will get by it.
I am doing an expirement with alot of people that I run across on the net. I am asking people to do one simple thing, (Its nothing weird) its actually pretty simple, but I need feedback on it, honest feed back. I won't drag you guys into it unless some are really interested in it. It only takes about 5 minutes of your time, and you have to a mirror in a well lit room, (Preferably the bathroom).
I havent had a chance to look through the forums completely but i imagine there are threaads about ghost stories. I will look around some more. |

I will let you guys know some of the responses I get back. Should be interesting to say the least. I dont want anyone to think about ghosts or religion or angels or anything like that. I want them to try and keep a clear mind while they do this. We will see how it turns out.  |
