Hi, I'm new and this is my 1st post. This past summer we took a week vacation in Galveston TX. We went to the Railroad Museum where they have antique trains. I love nostalgia and took tons of pics of the old trains inside & out. I didn't realize until I got back home that I had this photo. I saw nothing at all when I took it.
I was using a Sony digital camera. The doorway had a large piece of plexiglass bolted over it so no one could enter the room. I had my flash off because I knew the plexiglass would ruin the photo. I was in a very narrow hallway only wide enough for 1 person.
The 1st thing some others have asked when I showed it to them was "what were you wearing?" I was wearing shorts & a T shirt. It was about 100 degrees outside.
I darkened a copy of it in PSP and it almost seems there is an image to the left of the main image but it's hard to tell.
Anyway, just wanted to share it. I thought it was SO cool.

| Very interesting. It's odd tough that you can't see trough her and even see the texture of the dress. There seems to be someone behind her. At first I thougth you could see a man with crossed fingers poiting at her (gun-like) but there seems to be something ON the female ghost's hand. i'm no expert tough.. we'll have to wait 'till the experts comment it :p |

Hi Sherrie,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for sharing your pic with us. It's really hard to comment on this one. IF everything was exactly as you have described (yourself wearing shorts/flash turned off, etc), you might have something here....
Do you have any photos that were taken of yourself that day that you could post?

Sherrie,
I have been to the RR museum in Galveston several times and once for a wedding where I got to walk around by myself, unrestricted. Unfortunately, I haven't been there recently though I do know that the plaster figurines are still there on display. What I can't remember is whether there are any figurines in the railcars themselves.
Which railcar did you take this picture in and of what display? I can have my friend who runs the ghost tour down on the Strand check it for me. His tour starts on the steps of the RR museum!
Here is a better look at the picture:
After further examination.... I don't see a woman at all but a man with his back to you, looking to the left and wearing a "wife-beater" type undershirt. In the mirror in front of him you see him holding a razor and shaving his face. Either this is a mistake on the part of Sherrie or a deliberate attempt to deceive us. I would like to believe it is just a mistake! _________________ Frank Ratka
