Finding a legal way to get her off the net?

Hello to all members. I too, am a casualty of nasty genesta and would like to come up with a legal way of getting her off the internet. Maybe we can all send a complaint at the same time to the top dogs who have the power to pull her site, ha, ha. Not just for revenge, though, (okay, Twisted Evil

maybe a little), but because her day needs to come now! Yeah, your going to come along some scam sites on the net, but her's if different and we all know it. How much longer are we going to stand for it? Not just a few of us can do this, it has to be more. I am blown away at all the recent posts about her continued despicable treatment of others. If anyone wants to throw some ideas around about a legal way of getting her off the internet, why don't we meet in the chatroom at a designated date and time, and we could try and figure it out. If anyone else is interested, let me know. PM me. I'm flexible on the chattime. If I don't hear from ya, It's cool. But I hope to get a response. Would love to hear that GHOSTCHATTER.COM was banned and thrown in the trashcan for good. I'm already picturing it in my head Very Happy

Beside's this site is about ghosts, and it seems like the main focus is on her. I admit, i'm doing it too, but it's hard to ignore it when the bitch continues to get away with it.

All you have to do is submit a complain to her Domain host and ISP after a list of complaints she will be removed off the domain and ISP could lose her as a customer for a period of 1 year or more. She would be placed in a list for other ISP companies to know her wrong doing.

I reported her once, for her racist remarks about British people. and for sending me over a dozen e-mails going on and on about how its odd i'm in canada an dmy friend is in the UK and how we joined together Rolling Eyes

( sorry for my horrible spelling i'm french) calling me names no knowing who i am.

She didn't like i stood up to her so she banned me.

Her TOs isn't legal either and wouldn't stand up in court or with authorites.

I don't know about any of you others, but since i came back on the site last night and read all the posts and then started posting my own, my firewall has gone off the chain! Today, its even worse. Does anyone know if nasty bitch genesta can still track former members even after extended periods of time? My computer is really acting up, have any of yall experienced the same thing? Just curious.

Yes it is cause she is the admin on the site when some one goes in she loges there IP, The site could be dropping Cookies on your system and with that she can track you all over the net. shut your cookies so you can't accept them, then try and go in, if you can't access the site you have your answer in regards to cookies. If you can access the site and your fire wall is still high risk then its possible she is trying to access your system. in which case i would send her a e-mail letter her know you have her loged on your firewall and you are reported her for ilegal use of your IP.

She will stop possible ban you. But her bans are only 45 days then she purges the site.

thanks for the tip, em. But i haven't even been on her site since i've been banned. But my firewall still went crazy for two days. So far, today, nothing. keeping my fingers crossed. I wonder if she's popping up here and reading all the shit we all have to say about here, and still maybe storing our ip's. Double checking, ya know. I mean if she's abusing these people right and left, and she's as paranoid as everyone thinks she is, she just might have extended that purge time. What do ya think?

Oh, you can be assured that she is checking in here regularly and reading every word. She checks in to see if any of her chat room members have joined our forum. We have had a ton of people through here that said she banned them for joining our forum and others who were banned just for mentioning "Aedryan" or "SHGHRS".... LOL!
