anyone know how to promote a website?

i have started my own business
building custom computers and can't figure out how to promote my website all i found was scams and stuff
has anyone ever done this befor?
i found i can build better computers than dell hp and compaq and offer them at a cheaper price
and thought i could make a descent business out of it

Congrats on your new business! I hope your PCs are A LOT cheaper than Dell too.... lol As far as promoting your website and SEO/achieving good search engine rankings, etc, there are TONS of things you can do. That is actually one of my specialties. I don't want to discuss it in the open though, because of my direct competition (not for this site, but others) Wink.
